Merrywood Estates Property Owners Association

​In acknowledgement of the long history and intertwined interests of property owners in Merrywood Estates with those of Chenel Farm Rd, Old Farm Rd and Jack Ford Residents, and the necessity to have a united voice in public affairs, an associate membership was developed at a reduced rate of $15 per year.

The benefit to our neighbors, is Merrywood Estates maintains an active vigil on zoning and political issues that affect our community, and through associate membership, residents may be aware of events that may affect their community.

MPOA encourages residents of Chenel Farm Rd, Old Farm Road and Jack Ford to participate in our meetings as non-voting members and be kept in contact with happenings. 

We offer a voice that speaks for all ................ and a way to communicate about occasionally escaping or found critters!  :-)
